Το Οργίων παράγεται από Μαυροδάφνη Κεφαλονιάς και παλαιώνει σε δρύινα γαλλικά βαρέλια. Στη μύτη χαρακτηρίζεται από αρώματα δαμάσκηνου, γλυκόριζας, δέρματος και βανίλιας. Στο στόμα είναι μεσαίου όγκου, με στρογγυλές τανίνες και πικάντικη, ελαφρώς ρουστίκ επίγευση.
