  Particularly intense and complex nose, with plum, sour cherry and ripe strawberry standing out, accompanied by violet, nuts and herbal hints of green tea. Spicy feeling with black pepper, clove and vanilla complementing the primary aromas and oak, damp earth, smoke, ink and hints of bitter chocolate completing the rich depth and character set.

  Robust mouth with well worked moderate tannins and balanced acidity. Cherry, plum and toast dominate while the intensely spicy sense accompanies the bitter chocolate in the long-lasting aftertaste.

  Cultivated in the region of Sitia.  The experienced wine-maker, Giannis Oikonomou, creates a fine wine with a rich flavour.  It has a wonderful rich ruby red colour.  Its aroma  is dominated by a touch of blackberry and spices, with hints of plum, raisin and jam.  The well-structured tannins and the long aftertaste arouse and excite every wine connoisseur. It undergoes a long ageing process, in oak barrels and can be further aged if desired.  Enjoy it with spicy cooked meat, goat on the spit, meat pies, snails in tomato sauce and mature yellow cheese.

  Μην πάει ο νους σας στο πονηρό, δεν σημαίνει αυτό που φαντάζεστε. Ο Ευρυβιάδης Σκλάβος παράγει στη Κεφαλονιά κρασιά από αμπελώνες βιοδυναμικής καλλιέργειας. Το Οργίων παράγεται από Μαυροδάφνη Κεφαλονιάς και παλαιώνει σε δρύινα γαλλικά βαρέλια. Στη μύτη χαρακτηρίζεται από αρώματα δαμάσκηνου, γλυκόριζας, δέρματος και βανίλιας. Στο στόμα είναι μεσαίου όγκου, με στρογγυλές τανίνες και πικάντικη, ελαφρώς ρουστίκ επίγευση.
